My stay in the Deluxe Double City View room was a true delight! The breathtaking views from the rooftop pool made for the perfect escape after a day of exploring. Each morning, I savored a delicious breakfast featuring an impressive selection of local and western dishes, all while enjoying the magnificent views of Hoan Kiem lake.

Positive, The room was clean and comfortable with a nice internal window. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety each day, including an egg station and pho. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially when we needed transport info. Great location for exploring the area! 😊

The staff's warm welcome with refreshments made us feel right at home. We appreciated the complimentary service of holding our bags for several days while we explored. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. I recommend trying the local dishes served with a view!

Here’s what worked – and what didn’t

The breakfast on the 12th floor had a lovely view and offered a plentiful selection of western and eastern options. The rooftop bar serves exotic cocktails and stays open until 1:30 a.m.

The hotel’s soundproofing could be improved as noise from other guests and the outside street was noticeable at times. Also, some rooms had awkward shower designs causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor.

Just spent 2 nights in the Premier Double City View room. The view was amazing, and the breakfast buffet had so many options. Had a bit of noise from the restaurant upstairs, but overall, it was a comfy stay with friendly service!

Water pressure issues disrupted my stay, but the breakfast was delightful and the rooftop pool was refreshing!

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and within walking distance to many attractions. The staff, especially the manager, goes above and beyond to assist guests with any needs, ensuring a delightful experience throughout the stay.

The noise from the nearby streets can be a bit distracting at times.

The hotel had a fantastic 24-hour front desk, and our room was perfect for the family, especially with my nephew tagging along. We enjoyed the 32-inch LCD TV, which was great for winding down after our explorations. The staff's cheerful attitude made a big difference!

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities on-site.

However, the bathrooms require updates, as the awkward shower design over the tub is not user-friendly.
